With the experience of over 1,300 real estate transactions and having helped over 2,600 families buy and sell real estate over the years, The Mash Team knows a little something about selecting, negotiating, financing and selling real estate in Durham Region, Toronto and cottage country.
The family patriarch, John Mash (now retired), began his real estate career back in the mid 80’s. An active investor and advocate of real estate as a wealth building tool, he’s helped hundreds of young families get started in life owning the property on which they live.
Being a full-time working Mother of 2 lovely little girls, I really get the value in multi tasking. And that is exactly what comes into play in most real estate transactions. Being able to keep all of the moving parts in order, to ensure that my clients are comfortable, calm and happy with the outcome. I have striven to build my business on the basic and time proven principles of truth, integrity and the highest possible level of professionalism. Positive Mindset and emotional intelligence help many clients and peers to enjoy working with Me. I am a Member of the Durham Region Association of Realtors - DRAR Member of the Real Estate Council of Ontario- RECO Member of the Canadian Real Estate Association - CREA Member of the Ontario Real Estate Association - OREA Member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario – ILCO. As a Law Clerk, I have a strong foundation of legal concepts and applications relevant to residential real estate including land division in Ontario, the many faceted land registration system, surveys, title insurance, ownership, the agreement of purchase and sale, the numerous applicable statutes, purchasing, selling, and closing the transaction. I am Smart Certified and have kept up to date on all the latest advancements in the Smart Housing sector. I love working with first time buyers or clients with families. I have high regard for attention to detail, because, ultimately, that will guide a smooth transaction and make the experience a pleasant one for my clients. If they are happy, then I certainly am too. On a personal side, I am involved in numerous Charitable Foundations. I have always felt strongly about giving back to the community and love paying it forward. At CB RMR I am on the Community Committee that is charged with creating fun outings for our large client base. That’s just one more way of giving back to both the community and our clients.

When you want to find the definition of the word give all you need to do is look up the name Linda Mash. Because that is exactly what Linda has been doing for numerous decades. Giving back to the community, giving to those less fortunate and giving to her clients. The beginning of 2021 saw Linda celebrate her 25th year in the real estate industry helping people make the most important purchase or sale in their lives. And she has been great at that – so great in fact that she has won multiple awards and been recognized by both her peers and the associations she so well represents. She was also recognized by the Durham Real Estate Board for all her charity work and the way she continually makes a difference. Volunteering is Important to her. She believes that giving starts the receiving process. Since 2001 she has been volunteering and supporting the New Life Neighbourhood Centre during the Christmas season. She has also supported Saint Vincent's Kitchen by donating free meals, the Lakeridge Health Nephology Patients BBQ and Christmas Dinners, and Peer Support with the Kidney Foundation of Canada. She played a huge role in the Spirit Alive Outreach Ministry which has most recently provided lockers for the homeless in downtown Oshawa. During the pandemic she rolled up her sleeves and made hundreds of scrub hats and masks and ear guards to help support the front-line staff and other members of her community. In short, Linda is not afraid to give her time and energy. And that shows by the loyalty her many clients show her over her career. Speaking of clients, Linda specializes in Move-Up Buyers, Multi-Family Residential, Seniors, and Luxury Homes. In other words, she touches all bases – and well. Add to that Linda had 13 years experience in Mortgage Financing so that is just one more tool in her kit that she can use to give her clients the edge.
