I complete a detailed Current Market Value Assessment to arrive at an accurate pricing of your property (Broker's Opinion of Value (BOV), and will bring in an appraiser if the estate so requires. 

I absorb the costs of marketing required to sell your property which may include staging or virtual staging, photography, creation of space plans, and signage. If warranted I also have the ability to bring in a Transport Canada Licensed drone photographer and/or videographer, 3D photogra.phy (matterport 'dollhouse view'), National Newspaper advertisement (TorontoStar Real Estate Section).
